Farmory Mission
- The mission of The Farmory is to adapt a neglected historical building into an urban farm that will build community and encourage self-sufficiency through agricultural education, job skills development, and entrepreneurial training. All programs are fueled by the sale of high quality food raised by Farmory participants and volunteers.
Farmory Vision
- Within the next 2-3 years The Farmory will grow into a self-sustaining local and regional urban farming community center providing locally grown fish and produce as well as educational resources to residents, businesses, hospitals, and schools.
Farmory Values
- We believe in a business model that:
- Promotes self-sufficiency
- Provides healthy locally grown food
- Encourages zero waste
- Fosters partnerships between local residents, businesses, schools, and hospitals
